Students will learn about The Dietary Guidelines, macronutrients, assessing nutritional needs, developing healthy eating plans, and factors that influence dietary choices. Classes are available in-person at our Bethpage location.

Students will learn beginner cooking techniques such as sauteing, browning, frying, steaming, roasting, and simmering. Students will practice using hands-on cooking experiences. Classes are available in-person at our Bethpage location.
